[Scan-DC] PSR-800 Help

I have a PSR-800 scanner. My laptop was stolen and I replaced it with one that has Windows 8.1. When I loaded the "E-Z digital program" it took a while to get it to work with my scanner. It does not however update my firmware which shows that I need an update. My question is, is there someone who lives in Loudoun or Fairfax County that has the program loaded onto their computer with Windows 7 who would allow me to just download the "updated firmware' to my scanner?
