[Scan-DC] Autumn drive, silver spring incident

Oh, Yum!  I was involved with one of these 30+ years ago, before they issued hazmat suits, (and Rescue didn't let you waste Scott packs for this) and the best you could do was a glob of Vicks Vapo-Rub under your nose before entering the scene (as I recall it was a MCP detective that provided it!)
