[Scan-DC] Unknown Alexandria Incident

It's gone now. It just circled at a pretty good clip for an hour then went away. 

With schools letting out I wonder if it was 'suspect suppression' activity. 

I could see Fairfax 1 circling about 2000' up in the area.
