[Scan-DC] DC Fire/EMS CAD dispatching

Whoever was asking about the DC Fire/EMS CAD dispatch the other day:

CAD dispatch TGs 40000/40001 are patched to Dispatch TG 1616 and will be heard on channel 01 (dispatch) when a call is put out.  Almost no voice dispatch is used on these channels (and someone more knowledgeable than me said you need both TGs active to hear the dispatch although my HP-1 ID's it as 1616 -unit ID 20625).

I was just listening to a dispatch where the CAD directed all units responding to Tac (f/g) channel 07. I quickly switched up there, and that is where the "live" vocal dispatch was being repeated as units were responding.  As soon as the units reported food on the stove, and the OIC relayed this to dispatch the channel went dead.  Presumably all units went back to channels 01 or 02.
