[Scan-DC] Mont. Co. Catastrophic 800 MHz System Failure

Maybe someone unplugged the system so they could use the plug to vacuum the area!

Did they tell you how to make sure that redundancy #1 and 2 were still operating before #3 fails?

Yes - you are correct.

Still looking for more info on the cause or what the problem was. When the system was being built they kept telling us about triple redundancy and how it would be difficult to have such a Catastrophic failure.
