[Scan-DC] BCD436HP First Impressions/Notes

The bottom line is that I'm happy with the 436 after a day of trying it.
Much happier than with the PSR-800, which I sold on eBay.
Reception of Fairfax transmissions is better than anything else I 
have, but not perfect.
Loudoun seems to come in OK.
DC Fire comes in, but there hasn't been a working incident to listen to yet.
I'm too far from Prince Georges to get a signal.
The scanner has lots of capabilities that I'll probably never use.
And a bunch of things I haven't figured out yet.
