[Scan-DC] BCD436HP First Impressions/Notes

Regarding simulcast systems, I live in the Rockville/Potomac area and 
I have usually not been able to receive the Fairfax P25 system with 
my GRE and Radio Shack scanners.  With the 436, reception is 
substantially improved.
