Who is encrypted in Maryland?  I'm looking for state or local govt 
agencies that use encryption full time on their normal dispatch channels.

The topic came up in a conversation I had with one of the St Mary's 
County Commissioners.  She mentioned that she asked the Director of 
Emergency Services to research which other Maryland jurisdictions have a 
similar encryption capability and what policies they have in place.

I took a look on RadioReference and found these:

St Marys County - all law enforcement on the county trunked system

Washington County - all law enforcement on the county trunked system

I found a RR forum posting about the City of Frederick PD being 
encrypted, but I didn't see it in the database.

Is MSP encrypted anywhere other than in St Marys County?
