[Scan-DC] 139.7 MHz, Huntress, Blackjack

Just to pass along some additional information for those who may not know, when DoD re-banded the 138-144/148-150.80 band with a new bandplan in 2004, 139.700 was set aside 
as a air defense frequency nationwide (AM mode). It is the only frequency of its kind in these two DoD LMR/Aero subbands.
