Loudoun fire dispatch is 47.380. Would anyone know if there is a Loudoun or Fairfax fire dispatch not encrypted in VHF or UHF range? I have a handheld VHF/UHF ham Xcvr and would like to monitor Loudoun or Fairfax dispatch. I think I am out of luck but thought I would check. Thanks
