[Scan-DC] Second alarm Gaithersburg

Report from Bmore County:
Lots of burst pipes and broken sprinkler heads.
One 70 YOF off the road into a tree. Prioity 4.
We've had a few fires in the last 24 hours as well.

2 scanners sometimes is not enough. Glad I got 3.
