[Scan-DC] KIAD BUFFR frequency change

Does anyone know if the the VHF frequency for BUFFR has changed again?

I was monitoring BUFFR through the UHF relay at IAD on 254.2500 and noticed that I'm not hearing any aircraft responding on 133.8500 as of yesterday.

Just wondering anyone in the Frederick or Westminster area can hear the ground station/ATC on 133.850?

I can only hear the ground station/ATC for BUFFR on the UHF frequency from Herndon.
