[Scan-DC] scanning Andrews

 I have been looking for some interesting frequencies to store
permanently. I came upon 128.000 at Andrews AFB.  Does anyone know
if that frequency operates on split frequencies? I checked out
radio reference and it does not show anything about duplex.

 Does anyone know if that information is correct? I am only 
hearing one sided conversation.
