I hadn't the slightest. Years ago, there was a website that touted all the free and unencrypted stuff that, depending on your location, you could still get with a BUD (big ugly dish). I never had one, and it might be the case that you won't be able to find them in the most remote regions of West Virginia. They used to be all over the place there.
