[Scan-DC] montgomery county accidents

I wonder...if the co and state govts would just stop plowing the roads (except for the hwys), if that would help to dicourage peoe from going out, many of whom have no business on being on the roads in the first place.

Lots of accidents in Montgomery (surprise).  Engine 735 on the way up to Damascus area (Kemptown Road) for one that sounds fairly serious, reports "severely deteriorating road conditions".
