[Scan-DC] Fire at the Laurel Asphalt Plant

Address of Laurel Asphalt Plant is 5401 Van Dusen Rd, Laurel, MD 20707.
I can't receive PG Fire off-air, and the receive source for 
broadcastify is not so great.
But it sounds like a significant fire.
Sounds like master streams deployed, but running out of water.
