[Scan-DC] Trafficland.com problem

Problem has gone away, on all three browsers.
I guess they fixed it, since I didn't do anything.

By the way, I highly recommend trafficland, or the CHART camera site
http://www.chart.state.md.us/travinfo/trafficcams.php#
for monitoring traffic accidents in Montgomery County.
The operators at the County Traffic Ops Center very often rotate and 
point the cameras so that you can see the incident even before the 
Fire Department arrives.
