[Scan-DC] Police activity on Route 1 in Maryland

Howard County officer shot, suspect ran into the woods off Route 1.  Route
1 was closed between Gorman Road and Whiskey Bottom Road for hours.

Suspect is still on the loose.  $50K reward from Howard County for
information leading to his arrest.
