Dewey, I think you're hitting the nail on the head with "knowing" about the call being handled. I haven't heard much from GW recently--I was even surprised to learn that they are no longer referred to as "GERMS".
Just a second thought--I wonder what will happen with police-related calls. My guess is the students will be have credentials as EMD dispatchers (pardon the redundancy!) and pass them off to Metropolitan PD?
