See slide 13 for a view of the command bus's "12,500 KW" generator. 

Let's see: 1 HP = 746 watts or 0.75 kw. A 100 hp car engine is 75 kw. A 200 hp car engine is 150 kw. A 4,400 hp locomotive is 3,300 kw or 3.3 MW. That command bus's generator has the power of 4 locomotives. 

Check the math, maybe, Montgomery County?
