The FCC sites was shutdown yesterday also, along with a number of other .gov sites.

Due to the Federal government shutdown, NOAA.gov and most associated web sites are unavailable.

Only web sites necessary to protect lives and property will be maintained. 

The National Weather Service forecast offices will remain open according to the latest Twitter update.
