[Scan-DC] Psr800 and PG 700 system

Lately I've been getting pretty good reception of the Loudoun Phase 2 
system on my PSR 800 scanner.
I live in the Rockville/Potomac area.
The Loudoun audio is louder than the Montgomery County system.
I can't receive Fairfax transmissions at all, even though the signal is there.
I get no signal from PG.
