[Scan-DC] Frederick County incident?

 From what I can glean from Montgomery TG 71C and from Frederick 
County TG 9I on Broadcastify, there is a trench rescue underway with 
the trench filled with water.
Location is near Lake Linganore, Eaglehead Dr off of Boyers Mill Rd.
