[Scan-DC] Minotaur Launch - visible from Beltsville/Silver Spring MD

I watched the launch from the roof top of a 5 story condo building in Woodbridge VA.  It was visible for about 3.5 minutes.  I was able to see the entire 1st stage burn, 2nd stage ignition, and 2nd stage burn for about a minute or so.  Then it was gone.
