Yep, UMD Football traffic.  They were at most of the main intersections weren't they?

2-3 at Cheery Hill and Rt 1, maybe one at the light at the post office, one at Greenbelt Rd (Ritas), then UMDPD takes over at the light by the firehouse and further down Rt 1.
