From my Years As a paralegal at a law firm dealing With an extremely large FCC / telecommunications law practice, I remember some manner of third-party service that sold a Subscription to some enhanced version of the licensing database for antenna structures…
Alas, I am drawing a blank… Perhaps when I'm not thinking about it, I'll remember.
