Yea, remember that one too.  I think Doug has it pretty well recalled.
Going on my memory, it finally ended on the beltway in the area of Cabin
John as Doug said, when On-Star disabled it and the mother with child
actually jumped out onto the beltway as it was still going slow speed, but
rolling to a stop.

There was one awhile back that involved a carjacking, I think, with a kid in
the car... it was a GM SUV, maybe a Yukon or something?  They chased it all
over hell's half-acre and OnStar finally disabled the car, or something like
that... or do I have it all wrong...
