[Scan-DC] Montgomery County Police Chase

Don't recall that one.

  Just listened to Leesburg PD chase some outlet mall shoplifters. They 
had them under surveillance for about an hour.  Had the vehicle tag and 
all, and were planning to stop it based on a brake light not 
functioning.  They had units stationed at all the exits.  Only two of 
three shoplifters were in the car when they left.   The mall unit was 
the pursuing unit.  Rt15 bypass to Rt 7.  Lost it through traffic which 
is amazing considering how often all  the traffic lights are red.  The 
perps got past Belmont Ridge Rd with a green light and it was red by the 
time the cop got there.  LCSO was advised to BOLO.  For now they're 
looking for the third perp that got left behind.  Listening to mall 
security now passing a description of the guy.
