[Scan-DC] Montgomery County Police Chase

There was the chase around 1995 where the guy stole the transit bus out of
Baltimore, came down half way around the Beltway, up 295, across the 14th
St bridge, then down to about Stafford or Fredericksburg where he was
finally stopped.  He was running over spike sticks and a couple helicopters
had to return for fuel.  That one can still be found through Google.
