[Scan-DC] Recommended push to talk app for smart phones?

I am trying out Zello. There are a lot of immature adolescents on a
majority of the channels it seems. However, I definitely like the interface
of the app and think it has potential. For those with smartphones who want
to try it out - I made a group on there called "National Capital Region
Public Safety." Who knows if the group will get any traffic but for those
with smartphones it might be a good supplement to the email group. My
username on the app is KMLorbz (the same as my Twitter handle). I figure if
somebody sees something interesting going on in the area they can tell
people about it through there. Additionally, if enough users jump on board,
questions about something going on in the area might be answered quicker
via Zello than over email.
The group has a password on it to prevent general folks from joining unless
they have received the password from a person on this group. The group name
is above and the password is "scandc2013" without the quotes.
We shall see if there's any interest!
Have a good evening all
