Call BGE customer service with your issue and ask that they relay it to him or
you can email him directly.

An AM transistor radio makes an excellent RFI sniffer. You can easily locate a pole that has a cracked insulator or leaky transformer.

That's what Glenn does (he has more sophisticated stuff!) and he does it well
