[Scan-DC] Solar Airplane: 14 hours from Cincinnati to Dulles

It didn't necessarily have to take as long as it did to get here. It was 
in western VA by 5pm or so.  It spent a lot of time in holding patterns 
around VORTACs in VA, primarily because they were not going to allow it 
to land until air traffic was at a minimum i.e. after midnight.  It also 
used that time to descend some.  The last holding location was around 
Gainesville.   Prince William Co 911 was reporting lots of UFO calls.
