[Scan-DC] PMARS 2 - now with text!

I thought I heard PMARS 2 but I certainly could be wrong or maybe the
dispatcher misspoke.  There was a fair amount of back and forth between the
dispatcher and Eagle 2 about which channel to use and something about a
patch.  They did however stay on PMARS.

But thanks for letting me know that there is no PMARS 2!

I heard that traffic while I was at work. I thought I heard "coord 2"

I pulled up that channel on the console and heard nothing.  They relayed
everything on pmars.

Pmars 2 would be news to me. We dont. Have. That channel as a member of
pmars.
