[Scan-DC] double fatal crash in Wheaton

Here's an update on what happened:

That is a very bad intersection and I've seen many accidents of the years at the very intersection.   
Cars that are headed south bound on Georgia come up on that intersection at 50+ MPH and any cars pulling onto Georgia really can't see to the left without pulling out into the intersection.

Kayson is in the vicinity of Hathaway - just north of Glenmont Metro, before Hewitt.  (Traffic light at Hathaway)
