[Scan-DC] DC runway 15-33 to be modified

IAD is its next stop. It is presently in St. Louis. The fourth leg is scheduled for "mid-June," according to their Web site, and it appears that it will be here for a couple of weeks or so.

A reminder that the ground support frequencies will be one or more of the following (in megacycles per second): 151.52, 151.67, 152.90, 153.005, 154.49, 154.54, 158.415, 159.495, 159.81, 160.17.
