[Scan-DC] Wallops Launch

[Paul Lepine]

 I am driving down Assateague to the fence at the Va line (OSV permit).  I
think that will be a good enough spot, though you can go to the main base
and watch it from there.

Here is a link to the viewing area....it goes west through Mont Co, Md....
weather permitting...Black Brant XII range is 650 - 950 miles up
