Appears to be some sort of CO incident. Dispatchers being relocated to Rockville backup center.

Whatever this is, it's escalating... Fire dispatch went to CONDITION RED (!) about 5 mins ago, ALS unit (M708B dispatched to PSCC for a sick person, dispatch just advised all units not on a detail to return to their quarters.
