[Scan-DC] Sounds like a shooting at the Costco in Sterling

WOW, this would be number three in the area for today.  According to WTOP...
off-duty DC officer shot at in NE Washington, officer shoots back, suspect
gets away.  Sometime around 1420 hours, DC officer in SE shot and wounded,
officer shoots back and hits suspect.  Officer reported as "wounded",
suspect's injuries described as "life threatening".

Sounds like a deputy was hit and now being transported to Fairfax 
Hospital.   Suspect is DOA.   A VSP unit is on scene as well,  CID on 
scene or enroute, motor units enroute and preparing to block off roads
around the area.
