[Scan-DC] Interference/jamming on UHF this morning

I was listening (or attempting to) listen to a couple of satellites in 436-437 mhz bandthis morning

Suddenly what sounded like a sweeper blocked everything out

When I turned on noon news it sez POTUS is in Baltimore and wife at UMD

They both would have flown within easy LOS of my QTH and at about the time I was listening

Until I saw the news I was thinking it was the new BGE Smart Meter or Solar City internet connection to their solar cell control box

I dunno, could just be more federal overreach

Any opinions and/or ideas?
