[Scan-DC] Junkyard/Recycling Fire in Rockville

Location is Gude & Southlawn.
Ops on 7G
So far, four engines & one tower ladder.
Dispatcher told responding units that they would have no trouble 
seeing the fire, it was on the cameras.
Trafficland.com does not have a camera at Gude & Southlawn, so 
evidently there are County cameras that don't get into the 
trafficland.com system.
Fire department is now hooking up for "heavy water" operation.
