[Scan-DC] Metro Incident

Also as a side note, Metro is claiming that the train was empty:

Silver Spring Metro Station is currently closed. Red Line service is
temporarily suspended between Takoma and Forest Glen stations.  The service
suspension is due to a fire on an empty train in Silver Spring.
