[Scan-DC] Fire up north in MD?

I looked up the address of the fire training academy (9710 Great Seneca Hwy, Rockville), and mapped it, and that distance and direction is completely consistent with where I saw the smoke column,so I bet that's it. They chose an interesting weather day to practice.
