[Scan-DC] Confirmation - RE: message from the folks in IT

Accessing the WTOP News link - via Microsoft's Internet Exploder - has
been disabled via the office network I use. It's a DoD network, so
the cyber threat is taken seriously by folks in the DoD IT
infrastructure.
