[Scan-DC] BACKPACKS

I guess you never can tell... I know of at least two railfan guys here who have been hassled by AmTrak police or security or whatever when scanning in and around train stations and the like... and one of those guys also got a ration of (****) around Deadskins Stadium or whatever it's called.
