With all the recent discussions about the Chinese handhelds and Chirp, 
it might be a good idea for the newcomers among us to know where to get 
this
software

It should be noted that the daily builds have a limited RadioReference 
import ability that works a little like Home Patrol. You enter a zip 
code, then the software goes and gets the data from the RRDB. Alas, 
there are no  plans right now to put the full web interface into the 
software (I asked...). The last time I looked the Download page only has 
the demo software which doesn't have this capability. You need a premium 
subscription, natch.
