[Scan-DC] Cheap Chinese radio/HT

I have the Wouxun KG-UV6X, which is dual-band and meets NTIA 2.5kHz 
narrowband specs.  It's more expensive than these others, but at about 
$175 beats the pants off a Motorola if what you only need is 
conventional narrowband.  Obviously it doesn't do P25 or trunking, but 
there's a lot of folks out there who don't need either of those.  And 
the programming software works great and is simple.

I was an early buyer of the Puxing PX-777 because I got 'em for $50 a 
few years ago, and it's amazing to compare the two: the Wouxun is way 
better made in nearly every way.
