[Scan-DC] Cheap Chinese radio/HT

Talk about timing.  Mine, ordered from Amazon came in yesterday....and
today I ordered the programming cable...so I will wait until that
comes in to use it.  Given the price of the unit, I can wait.


After looking at Chirp, I am planning on using that to do the programming.
