[Scan-DC] Fwd: Balloon over Arlington Cemetery tomorrow

Ahh, thank you.  I missed the periods and blew right by the location...
didn't quite understand it's connection to DCA (I'm used to looking for
lat/lon when looking for locations).  You should be able to tell that I
only PLAY a pilot on TV  :)
