The time for today's launch of Orbital Sciences Corp.'s Antares rocket 
has been adjusted by one hour. It now is scheduled to launch from the 
Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport's Pad-0A at NASA's Wallops Flight 
Facility on Wallops Island, Va., at 6:10 p.m. EDT.

Upper level winds are unusually strong, and currently exceed safety 
restrictions. The rocket remains prepared for launch.

NASA Television coverage of the launch will begin at 5:30 p.m.
