Oh, I recognized that name. Diane Schou and her family members submit comments prolifically, including copied material from journals, on proposed Federal regulations regarding electric transmission and distribution.
Years ago, I linked to an multi-part article about Green Bank. It might have been at Scan-DC, or it might not. I'll see what I can find. I think it was in Wired magazine.
